Ben came out to investigate a drain problem (bad smell), he checked the drains and found 1 to be blocked, he unblocked it and found the drain to be cracked at the joint, debris was getting caught due to the crack and causing the blockage also a drain plug was missing and a manhole cover had a hairline crack in it. We have had a number of people out over the past 5 weeks for this problem and Ben is the only 1 to find these problems, 🤞 the council get the report and act on it ASAP. Today Enviro-rod achieved in one morning what Gateshead Council couldn't handle in over 3 years of intermittent callouts. Our bath was taking 2+ hours to empty, we had to plan who was going to have the morning bath in advance, but following these guys' intervention it took a little over 3 minutes to drain a full-to-the-overflow bath. I didn't catch any names but these guys were professional to a tee, polite and cheerful. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. So happy with the result! ~ Josh Q

First rate service unblocking our drains and investigating the cause. The engineer Ben Clark was extremely thorough in both investigating and resolving the issue while taking every effort to minimise damage involved in opening up ceased manholes. These guys are the very best, and that's coming from somebody who's been in business, and using drain clearance companies, for 40 years. They're super reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. And they're also nice guys. Don't even think about going anywhere else when you have a blocked drain. ~ Fred P

Fantastic service. Arrived on time and resolved all issues quickly. Drains are by nature dirty but all areas worked on were left as they were found no mess. I called Envirorod out for an emergency blockage. They arrived to my house with no issue at all, at the time they said they would arrive. They conducted the works to unblock the blockage.
